Governance
The role of the Supervisory Board is to oversee the Management Board, and it is appointed by the shareholders of Foncia Management for a six-year term. At the time of writing, the Supervisory Board is made up of one Chairman and five additional members.
The Management Board is composed of the President and the managing directors appointed by the Supervisory Board for an indefinite period. The President is assisted in the exercise of his management functions by an Executive Committee.

Baudouin Prot

Mr. Prot was appointed as Chairman on 2 December 2016. He is the former Chairman of the BNP Paribas Group and has been senior advisor to the Boston Consulting Group since July 2015. Mr. Prot joined BNP in 1983. In 1999, as Group Deputy CEO, he was instrumental in the acquisition of Paribas. From 2003 to 2011 he was Group CEO. He transformed BNP Paribas into the first bank in the Eurozone by acquiring BNL in Italy in 2006 and Fortis in Belgium and Luxembourg in 2009. He was then BNP Paribas Chairman from 2011 to 2014. Presently Mr. Prot is also Non Executive Chairman of Fraikin Group; Member of the Board of Kering, a world leader in luxury brands with 2020 revenues of €14.1 billion and net income of €2.1 billion; Member of the Board of Finastra, a leading fintech and software provider to 10,000 banks worldwide with 2020 revenues of $1.8 billion; and Member of the Board of Alstom, world leader in rail mobility (rolling stock and signalling) after its recent merger with Bombardier with a fleet of 100,000 vehicles worldwide. Mr. Prot graduated from HEC Paris and from the École Nationale d’administration (ENA). He is is an Officer of the Legion of Honour.

Philippe Salle
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Salle has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Foncia Management since December 2017. Mr. Salle has also been Chairman of the CGG Group’s Board of Directors since 26 April 2018. Mr. Salle started his career at Total, in Indonesia, before joining Accenture in 1990. He joined McKinsey in 1995 and became senior manager in 1998. The following year, he joined Vedior group (now known as Randstad) and was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vedior France in 2002. He joined the Management Board of Vedior NV in 2003 and was appointed Chairman of the Southern Europe zone (France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland) in 2006. He was an executive officer of Geoservices Group (sold in 2010 to Schlumberger) from 2007 to 2011, a technology company in the petroleum sector, first as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and then as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. From 2011 to 2015, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Altran group, an engineering consulting firm and global leader in innovation. Mr. Salle then became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Elior Group, a world leader in catering and services, a position he held until October 31, 2017, before joining Foncia Management, as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Salle graduated from the Ecole des Mines de Paris (France) and holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University (Chicago, United States).
Antoine Grenier

Mr. Grenier has been the Chief Financial Officer of Foncia Management since January 2018. He is in charge of Foncia Management’s finance, mergers and acquisitions and integration, legal, compliance, procurement and internal audit. Before joining the Management Board of Foncia Management, Mr. Grenier worked as a partner at Argon & Co., a management consulting firm. Between October 2011 and May 2015, Mr. Grenier served as deputy group Chief Financial Officer in charge of France, India and the transformation of the finance function and member of the management committee within the Altran group. Before taking on these responsibilities, Mr. Grenier worked for more than 10 years within the Schlumberger group, at the time, a world leader in petroleum services, and exercised a complementary panel of functions such as, internal auditor in Houston, Texas, regional financial director in North Africa, and Corporate Treasurer for Europe, Africa & Russia. His last mandate was as Chief Financial Officer of the Geoservices group acquired by Schlumberger in May 2010. Mr. Grenier graduated from Paris Dauphine University and obtained his MBA within the TRIUM alliance, delivered by the New York Stern Business School, the London School of Economics and HEC Paris.
